In consideration that I will be given access to extremely valuable information to improve my technical analysis skill after purchasing the membership courtesy of George Mortimer Ltd, I agree as follows:

1. Trade Secrets

I understand that during my time as a member there will be disclosed to me or I will gain access to trade secrets and other proprietary or confidential information of George Mortimer Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to:

​

• Technical information concerning George Mortimer Ltd learning projects, technical memoranda and correspondence, formulas, designs, devices, diagrams, charts, client results, processes, inventions

• George Mortimer Ltd’s business information, including cost information, accounting and unpublished financial information, business plans, customer lists and customer information, purchasing techniques, supplier lists and supplier information and marketing, production or merchandising systems or plans.

  2. Non-Disclosure of Trade Secrets

  I will keep the trade secrets of George Mortimer Ltd, whether or not prepared or developed by me, in the strictest confidence. I will not disclose such secrets to anyone outside the George Mortimer Ltd Paid Membership without George Mortimer Ltd prior written consent. Nor will I make use of any George Mortimer Ltd trade secrets for the benefit of anyone other than Disclosing Party & Myself when carrying out technical analysis without George Mortimer Ltd prior written consent.

  However, I have no obligation to treat as confidential any information which:

  (a) was in my possession or known to me, without an obligation to keep it confidential, before such information was disclosed to me by George Mortimer Ltd;

  (b) is or becomes public knowledge through a source other than me or

  (c) is or becomes lawfully available to me from a source other than George Mortimer Ltd.

3. Duration of Confidentiality Obligation

My obligation to maintain the confidentiality and security of George Mortimer Ltd’s trade secrets continues for so long as such material remains a trade secret. Any disclosure of confidential information will result in account termination with no refund, with the possibility of legal action being taken, and I am fully aware of these consequences.

4. I May Not Utilise George Mortimer Ltd’s Service to:

​

• Post or reveal paid material for any purpose, especially to teach or post onto any online media.

• Post content that is troublesome, uncivil, damaging, revolting, profane, vulgar, disdainful, fake, compromising, hassling, abusive, which reveals private or individual issues concerning any individual.

• Post or transmit any material that you don't reserve the privilege to transmit under law, (copyright, competitive advantage or protections) or under authoritative or guardian connections, (nondisclosure understandings)

• Post or transmit any sexually explicit content

• Impersonate any person/member

• Utilise the account, username, or password of another Member or reveal your

  login information to any third party

• Sell or give away your profile

• Use any information given to harass, abuse, or harm any other individual

• Violate any applicable law or regulation while accessing and using our website

• Post or give any file that may or does contain viruses (Corrupt file)

• Copy, download, or harvest any material given

• Take any action that damages or disrupts the service

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to services, materials, other accounts,

  computer systems or networks connected to any George Mortimer Ltd server/website.

  If you were to violate these terms and conditions in any way, or if George Mortimer Ltd reasonably suspect that you have violated these terms and conditions in any way, George Mortimer Ltd may:

• Temporarily/Permanently prohibit you from accessing the George Mortimer Ltd server

• Block computers using my IP address from accessing the George Mortimer Ltd website

• Contact any or all of your Internet Service Providers and request that they block your access to George Mortimer Ltd’s website/server

• Commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise.

  If George Mortimer Ltd were to suspend or block me from access to the services, I, the suspended customer am not allowed in any way to revoke the suspension or create/use a different account and will not be issued a refund.

• 5. Final Statement of Agreeance:

• By signing up to become a George Mortimer Ltd Paid Member, I agree fully to every condition stated in this document. I understand that I must follow each condition as clearly stated in this Non-Disclosure Agreement. If I violate the standards and rules listed in this document in any way, I understand that all my accounts will be terminated instantly from any George Mortimer Ltd server/website, with no refund given to me.
